"The elephants were great but we were not told about check in being after 3.00pm and early arrival would have to pay an entrance fee! To add to the confusion the hotel emailed me cancelling my 4 rooms at 2.00pm. When I contacted them, no apology just that it was a mistake!"

"This was our first stop on arrival in Sri Lanka and it didnโ€™t disappoint. The staff are wonderful, the food was gorgeous and the setting by the lake was idyllic. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have high ceilings and views of the lake. Altogether a great start to our holiday."
