"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"Einfach nur wow! Das Hotel ist mega sauber, absolut gepflegt kein Staubkorn, kein Schmutz, einfach top. Der Blick aufs Meer? Unglaublich! so ein Panorama sieht man nicht alle Tage, man sitzt da und denkt nur: krasser geht’s nicht. Vorallem mit Jacuzzi auf der Terrasse also mehr genießen kann man nicht!
