Location was good. Close to beach, good walking path to café. Building old. But ok. Bathroom done up but smelt mouldy. Not easy manoeuvring around the end of the bed and wardrobe to get into my side of the bed.

Apart from the fact the budget cabin needs some maintenance to extraction fans, and new taps to the kitchenette, it served our purposes. The rate per night was a bit excessive for what you got, but it was still a great stay.

The bungalow was close to the beach and overall area is amazing BUT the floor of the bungalow was very dirty and old. The walls hadn't been painted since the 90 s and were a horrible colour. There was no lounge to sit on. We only expected a two seater but there was nothing. We couldn't stay another night because it was so aweful.

Wonderful beach frosnt chalet that has a real holiday vibe. Its not fancy but it is clean and perfect for the beach location. Water nice and hot and great heating in the winter. Easy location and close to a lovely cafe.

We love staying down in the Emu Point area during our visits to Albany. It is quieter than being in town and these villas are right on the water. They are pretty well equipped and we had most things we needed. Our only complaints are the cleanliness - the bbq was filthy, covered in bits of mince. Nothing was supplied to clean other than a tiny thin scourer & dish liquid. We shouldn’t have to clean as soon as we arrive anyway. And the spiders/spider webs everywhere also when we arrived. The villas do need a good clean regardless but these were the main issues.

We had a great time although we had to cut it short because of unexpected commitments back at work. We had an unusual check-in experience because someone had pilfered our key but the staff were very friendly and took everything in their stride. Our cabin was right on the waterfront with one of the loveliest vistas in the country. The beds were particularly good and I caught up on some sleep in this restful setting. We loved the stay and hope to return.
