The staff was great. Helpful. Room was clean but had some maintenance issues. First room had the smoke detector chirping so I had to change rooms. Second room was clean but the headboards that were mounted to the wall fell off. Overall to stay was still pretty good.

This hotel is a dump. We checked in and checked out. Smoke detector falling out of ceiling. Room dirty. Carpet in hallway so worn you could see through kt! I thought hotel was in demo mode before a remodel. Hotel front desk person was very nice.

The staff is good and polite. But we had a noisy mattress with a metallic noise and couldn't toss and turn. My daughter's room was filthy (she was with her teammates). Bugs in showers, dirty and smelly blankets and sheets. If it were not because of my daughter's team, who were accommodated there we wouldn’t have chosen that inn at all

The lobby is nice and the staff was very friendly however the room itself is awful. It’s dated, rundown and feels grimy. The room had large, visible crumbs on the table when we checked in and the drawer was missing. The staff immediately cleaned again but it left a bad impression. I would NOT stay here again.

It’s a place to sleep and not much more. Close to the airport and Target (walking distance). Room was clean but dated and worn. Common areas are in rough shape.

Staff were very nice & professional. Room was as advertised, it was clean and comfortable. Basic & met our needs. Breakfast was good and included fresh- made pancakes (instead of usual waffles) & staff made sure everything was filled and clean. Main complaint was there was no fitness room which was pictured. Treadmill missing & all equipment broken... disappointed!!

Friendly staff and room had a jacuzzi! Upon entering room we noted a sticky kitchen floor and our biggest complaint was no hot water in the AM so couldnt take showers. Never used jacuzzi due to short stay but not sure we could have with no hot water. Basic breakfast but issue with coffee machine.

Place was gross. Staff was super friendly. Shower in my room didn’t work. Pretty sure there was blood splatter for some reason on the ceiling. Place wants to be up to date but overall was gross. Ended up booking a new hotel for my second night. Will not be back.

There was mold in the bathroom. Shower made an awful noise while using it. Headboard to bed was Broken. I picked this hotel because it said it had a gym. NO gym. Staff was very nice! Property was a disaster got worth $200.

Seemed worn out. Rugs in the hallway were worn beyond reason, and the headboard seemed close to replacement with the wood worn down. Few wires hanging from air conditioning. No sign that it was comfort inn from outside. Staff was friendly and morning breakfast was good., I paid more than competing hotels and expected more. Instead I got acceptable for my extra money.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The rooms appeared to be recently refurbished. Clean and fresh. Two comments: 1) The lobby area needs some attention. The carpeting needs to be replaced, for example. 2) There needs to be a desk-lamp on the desk/table in the rooms. There is not enough light otherwise. Hotel in Disrepair

This property is VERY run down, lots of damage, disrepair and filthy. Hard to believe we’d even find this on the hotels.com site. The sheets and towels were clean, room and bathroom somewhat clean, but had bad odor and beat up old and broken furniture. All common areas of the hotel were in bad need of cleaning. The front desk staff was polite and professional. Breakfast was typical for the franchise. We stay at about 10-20 hotels a year and will say we are done with Quality Inn, Choice Hotels and also hotel.com.

Such poor, falling apart facilities in the primary building. We had to move from newer building which had no heat. Then had to move twice for cleanliness (rooms hadn’t been vacuumed; shabby, old bedding and furniture in awful sgape.) Absolutely worst facility… NOT fitting for a QI property. ONLY positive is the staff who was extremely pleasant and trying to find us a clean room.

I was very discouraged to know that the door leading to the B building had the latch taped over so that the door would not secure. When I asked about it I was told that this is so guests could get in. The problem is that ANYONE could get in. Our room door itself had no strike plate- the frame had no hardware in it at all. The security deadbolt did not work. The bedspreads had snags in them, the floor had two different types of boards with a metal lip separating them- we were surprised no one stubbed their toe on it. Despite the very helpful and friendly front desk person, I would tell others that this hotel looked like a rushed construction that did not meet quality control inspections.
