I wouldn't go back to this hotel, because it wasn't well maintained. None of the public areas looked clean, you could see cobwebs on the stairs as well as the inside the rooms. Staff at the reception desk had no knowledge whatsoever. The only positive things was the location.

I was traveling with medication that needed refrigeration. When you take the key out of the room, the electricity flow stops. So, the refrigerator will stop!

Very good stay

The location is perfect, right next to the beach. Breakfast is in another hotel but next to this one, so not a big deal. They could work more on the cleanliness in the room as I had spiders in my room and many dead insects :) Everything else was quite pleasant.

Ideal location

My friend and I spent 10 days at this hotel at the beginning of September. We had a very pleasant experience, the room was cleaned every day and the towels changed, breakfast was in a nearby hotel and had a huge selection of food. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and pool bar and is right next to the beach. We couldn't fault it. If you want a relaxing beach holiday, Albena is perfect. It was sunny every day. between 26 and 33 degrees, which was wonderful!

Albena en flott famileresort

Litt slitent hotell, likevel perfekt beliggenhet ved standen. Albena har mistet glansen litt fordi det ikke finnes særlig mange aktivitetstilbud. Mange av hotellende begynner å bli gamle og bærer preg av forfall. Redusert antall attraktive restauranter i forhold til tidligere. Vi var særlig uheldig med været. Torden og regn nesten en hel uke. Lite å ta seg til bortsett fra å rese inn til Varna for shopping.

Чудесная Альбена!

Добрый день!!! Отель Калиопа очень удобно расположен на первой береговой линии. Одна сторона выходит на море, другая на теннисный корт и соседний бассейн. Ремонт в номерах очень приличный. Номера убирают каждый день, чистота идеальная, в том числе заправляют постель). Питание предложено в соседнем отеле Амелия. Шведский стол с хорошим разнообразием блюд, которые обновляются по мере их уменьшения, так что даже в самом конце завтрака/ ужина предложен полный набор блюд. Отдельное спасибо за горячие блинчики, которые готовят сразу же, и просто невероятное количество черешни, и других фруктов. Заметила только один минус, по системе полупансион (завтрак+ужин) на ужине предлагают только холодную воду, чай и другие напитки за отдельную (не маленькую) цену. Так что в отеле попросила электрический чайник, который мне сразу же принесли. Чай приносила с собой. Рядом с гостиницей разнообразные кафе. Можно так же поехать с экскурсией (можно выбрать и заказать прямо в отеле), так и самостоятельно (обойдется в 10 раз дешевле) в соседний Балчик посмотреть удивительно красивый сад королевы. Купить кучу сувениров ручной работы и отличные местные напитки, дегустация которых проходит совершенно бесплатно!!! Хорошего отдыха!!!
