"Manager stated they are under new management. Staff was very helpful. We had a leaky toilet. Someone came but only cleaned up the water. Maybe language was a barrier. But they were friendly. Hoping the new management helps with improvements to the room."
"It was a nice hotel just needed to be cleaned a little more. Our sheets had a few spots on them that was stained. We had an issue of people above us jumping around. We went to call the desk and the phone didn’t work. I had to call the office on my cellphone. He said he would go up and see about it. It only got worse so I walked to the lobby and told him. Once again he said he would go up there. It didn’t stop. I finally hit my 1 year old asleep around 11pm and they was still jumping around when I got up to pre at 2. Then when we got up at 9 they was jumping. He didn’t take care of the issue at all or even offer to move us or anything."
