"The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. However, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
The rooms were far too hot for the weather in Granada. After checking in, we spent the day exploring the city and returned late in the evening only to find that the room was extremely warm, with no air conditioning available.
Unfortunately, the experience was made worse by the response from the front desk. The receptionist was not helpful and simply stated that there was nothing she could do. Although she offered a fan, we were told that we had to carry it to the room ourselves.
Overall, while the property itself is attractive and well situated, the lack of air conditioning and poor customer service made our stay uncomfortable"
