Room had dirty sheets and pillows. Blankets were also dirty. We called the front desk and didn't acknowledge our concern just told us to go get some clean Blankets. Saturday morning room wasn't cleaned or sheets changed. Towels were not replaced either. We had to go downstairs to get clean towels. We extended the check out to 12 on Sunday and someone came to our room where my kids by themselves and try to kick them out t 11. I had to go and talk to someone at the front desk. Overall terrible staff and facilities.

Room and separate sitting area, main reason we love Embassy Suite. Had microwave and mini fridge. Clean rooms and facility. Good breakfast - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuit & gravy, fruits, mini pastries (muffin, danish), cereal, oatmeal, omelette made to order. No restaurant to walk to. Has starbucks and one restaurant in hotel. There was parking charge daily.

We checked in, went to our room , elevators were dirty, walkway to our room was dirty. Should have been our first clue. Our 1st room was disgusting, the was pubic hair on the toilet seat, the counters were sticky, switched rooms, this room was worse, the toilet had urine all over the toilet and rim, and hair all over the floor, onto the next. It was the last room available on property, it was better than the first 2, but definitely not worth $200 a night. They comped us dinner vouchers and the food was nothing to brag about. Over salted and mediocre. Definitely will not be returning.

The issue was that when we arrived we had two king beds reserved and were first given a smoking room and then we requested another room for Lenore Hills they said they overbooked and only had a two bed room for her. Just disappointing when you think you have one thing and land o with another

Our hot water didn't work in the shower so on the first day I had to take a cold shower. Then next day it worked but our shampoo and conditioner were completely empty. The third day our hot water didn't work again. Check in was not good. I had two rooms and they got everything confused and they kept trying to charge me twice. We also were going to eat at the hot restaurant that first night and the wait was like 30-45 minutes, so we waited. The fire alarm went off. They said it was a false alarm. After an hour I asked how much longer the wait was going to be. They said there was an issue in the kitchen, something with the smoke, and that's why the fire alarm went off and we wouldn't be able to dine there. No one ever came to tell us, so if we just waited, we would have been waiting all night. The next day the fire alarm went off again, then it was false. My kids are sensory sensitive so this was extremely stressful.
