"This is a very well taken care of hotel. The rooms are very clean, the shower is awesome! The beds are so very very very comfortable. We felt very safe and it's very quiet. Can't wait to stay here again!"

"We ended up cutting our stay short because the beds were extremely uncomfortable and plainly just wore out. After our 1st night we asked the front desk if there were any rooms with better mattresses and were given a key to check the beds in another room that had, what we were told, was the "best" they had available. Unfortunately these beds were not in any better condition than what we were already in. After considering just how uncomfortable we were the night before and the poor condition of many other things we saw around the hotel (burnt out lights, cloudy pool & hot tub, hallway that smelled like a brewery and the noisy guests you could hear through the walls at 3am), we decided to cut our losses and paid to move to another hotel. We have stayed at this Quality Inn location a few times over the past several years and are completely disappointed at how much the quality of this facility has fallen. Considering this, I doubt we wil ever be back. Staff members we spoke with said we are not the only customers that have mentioned have far the quality has fallen and encouraged us to make it known just how we felt. btw... attached is a photo of the notice posted on the pool door. Probably a typo, but seeing an "incontinence" note like this doesn't make a guest feel comfortable... "

"This property was unique, the staff extremely friendly and accommodating, and priced fairly. BUT The noise outside was constant. Engines revving and music much too loud for 2 AM from the street. Not the hotels fault, but this was the most discouraging part of our stay. "

"I love the stay at The Clyde. I don't like that I reserve my rooms on Hotels.com and it seems I'm always in a substandard room. My room last night was spacious and I had a robe in the closet but the curtains were dirty and torn. I was unable to close them completely on both of the two windows in the room. One curtain panel on one window is one thing but to have the same issue with the other window shows a lack of concern by the hotel to make certain every room meets the Heritage Hotel standard. I will continue to stay here but it has become a coin toss as to whether or not my assigned rooms are substandard because I reserve my rooms on Hotels.com or because the hotel has allowed its rooms to deteriorate."
