"My families stay here was not great. There was blood on the blanket of one of the double beds. Then at 11:45 pm there was some sort of loud noise that went on and off consistently throughout the rest of the night. It sounded like old pipes or something and so I thought it would stop when the people above us got out of the shower, but it continued until morning. At about 6:30am the people above us got up, we know this because we could hear them using the bathroom and the toilet flushing. We ended up just leaving at that point, it was only an overnight stay so at least it was short. We have stayed at the Hyatt place many times in the past and never experienced anything like this. I can say our short stay was memorable, it’s just not a good memory."
