"Lovely accommodation, really well presented inside and out, with everything you would want for a short break. The owners are very friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend a stay."

"Lovely Rustic Charm, great next to the Broad, freedom to come & go -totally idyllic for me. Quiet, peaceful and commutable to local town, train station. Relaxing and would love to return. Basic but suitable cooking facilities, hot water, good shower, comfortable accommodation. "

"Great space and location. Had a couple of issues with water temperature in one shower being too hot and not adjustable. House also needed a better cleaning. Lots of cobwebs and spiders."

"Breakfast menu was good with freshly cooked items and several other options.
Staff were all very friendly and efficient.
Drinks at the bar were a bit pricey though so only had one drink.

"The brasserie food was amazing in the restaurant but the service was terrible. We had a 40 minute wait between finishing our main and being offered a desert menu.
The main problem was that we chose this hotel as it had a later check out time of 11am. However on approaching the hotel at 6pm we saw road closure signs starting at 9.30 the next morning for a half marathon. This meant that we had to leave at 9am to avoid the road closure or we would’ve been stuck at the hotel until 12.30pm. If we had known this at the time of booking then we would not have booked this hotel"
"Check in was easy, big space, bathtub, really comfy bed, fridge, washing machine...it was great! Only issue was the satellite was a bit spotty and the street behind the building, Prince of Wales, seemed a bit run down. Quite a few boarded up places and noticed a sign for a"gentlemen's club". Ick. But it was just a short walk to the cathedral and market. "
"After a long day at the hospital we had decided not to travel to in the rain and dark so had booked this Hotel , so glad we did met by a lovely friendly young lady who welcomed us to the hotel , got our key and opened the door to a lovely large room on inspection it was clean and spacious checked bed sheets clean and felt just like home , mattress protector on which is a bonus not all hotels have these, the bathroom was fabulous you could eat off the floor the shower was a good size , the only let down it was cold on entry phoned reception was told comes on at 6pm ,once it did it was warm would have liked it on during the night has we had got very cold after a long day and we couldn't get warm in bed , going down to breakfasy met by welcoming staff who gave us awindow table and the breakfast was superb, eggs done choices very good bread was really lovely when toasted , after a traumatic day it was so nice to stay at a lovely friendly Hotel will recommend to friends and family especially a son who has just got into Golf ."
"Very clean accessible room with an excellent disabled access bathroom including perching stool. Nice restaurant.
Air conditioning/heater noisy when adjusting the temperature. "
