"OK for overnight stopover. You get what you paid for. Old house, heating did not work in the room. Common use bathrooms on the first floor. Rooms are upstairs. On positive side: cheep, tidy, heated floor in the bathroom. Bus stop is in walkable distance. &20 cab to Terminal 5."

"The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! "We landed at Heathrow in the late evening and were flying out early the next morning, but we didn't want to spend 8 hours in an airport chair overnight, so we booked a room here. It had good reviews, was close to the airport, and a fair price. I'm glad we found this place. The staff were friendly and responsive, and there are several transportation options to and from the airport. It was clean and quiet, and the beds were comfy."
