Lovely location, super friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in! Even a bottle of cava to celebrate my daughter’s birthday! So relaxing and chilled by the pool, lovely cocktails too!

More of a 4-star experience than 5-star While the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff do go above and beyond—especially considering they’re clearly understaffed—the overall experience fell short of 5-star expectations. Our AC was broken throughout our stay, and unfortunately, the only solution offered was to flip the breaker switch ourselves, which didn’t resolve the issue. The rooms could use better maintenance, particularly the showers and taps. With some updates and better attention to guest comfort, this place has real potential.

The hotel was nice and the staff very friendly. Room was clean but demands some reparation such as drawers in the wardrobe and the AC (we seemed to have a little problem with the humidity in our room). The food (only had breakfast) was good but very monotonous.

Beautiful hotel, very central and the staff was very very kind, helpful and professional. The rooms are very very clean and very nicely designed. We only had breakfast in the hotel but that was very good. Even options for vegan/lactose-free people and every day another small selection of things. A rather ‚small‘ breakfast buffet but really qualitative good food. Great coffee with various milk alternatives and once again, very kind people.

Very well located, close to the beach, restaurants and the port center. De Staff is very friendly, competent and accommodating. The most we enjoyed the breakfast menu. The only thing we didn't fully like, was the pool. It was some kind of mix with saltwater - however it was still okay.

A very modern and clean hotel. Room was very spacious. Very clean and spotless. Easy access to grocery , shopping and dining. Close to beach. Close to bus stop. I can not fault anytging with this hotel. Special thanks to Camila for being such a nice person. She is more like a friend than receptionist. Will definatly go back.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel! Our flight was later in the day so we used pool and snack/bar before we left! Hotel allowed us to use pool and showers at spa area while we stored our luggages! Location is close to everything we needed! Tried Indian (Namaste) restaurant and it was very good! Ate steaks, paella at nearby restaurants. It was okay. We took local buses to beaches, and tourist attractions! Public buses are easy to navigate. I wished we could stay here another night or more! We will stay at this hotel again!

Basic - 4 Star at best, more like a good 3 star

4 Star at best, certainly not 5. Beds pretty basic and bit lumpy. Totally understaffed. Only one person on front desk the whole day and night, doing everything, including spa bookings and towels. Disorganised no milk or toaster in buffet, Steam room broken for whole trip etc. Pretty basic

Very kind, highly approachable and enthusiastic staff in all departments: reception, housekeeping and food & beverage High level of finishing and upkeep of the hotel, rooms, restaurant and pool. The pillow service is a good example. Well before our stay we received an email asking our preference of pillows. During the first night we noticed it wasn't the right choice. The next morning we could change it without any effort into a very good alternative. Our room, the superior double, was spacious, modern and beautiful. We also had a balcony and sea view, but the view lacking the sea would be great as well. The bed was very good. The combination of the aircon and overhead fan was perfect for temperature regulation during the night, without any noise Open the balcony door and you are in the middle of city traffic noises, close it and it's silent. Also no noise from the hallway, besides the neighbour's door maybe. The pool area offers a variety of pool beds in and out the shade in a beautiful garden as well. The atmosphere is modern and boutique The spa is not an excuse-spa but a full options wellness with sauna, steam room, halio therapy, luxury warm pool with massage zones Breakfast is luxury, big variety on offer, daily changes in the buffet with surprising options. Also luxury because of the combined offer a la carte and buffet plus very good coffee. The combination of the staff and overall experience, the high quality standards gave us the ultimate holiday feeling.

This is a wonderful hotel. I highly recommend staying here. The staff are SO kind and helpful. They helped us organize transport from and back to the airport for our travels. Our luggage was delayed and they were able to call the airline to help us. The rooms are VERY clean and lovely. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are very nice. The breakfast has a lot of options and great coffee.

Wat een droom om hier te verblijven 😍 Hele fijne kamers, lief personeel en het ontbijt is echt 10 out of 10! Je hebt mega veel keuze en je kan zowel a la carte bestellen als van het buffet pakken. Het strand is op loopafstand en het zwembad is ook echt een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. De kamers zijn ruim en modern met een open badkamer. Wel een aparte toilet met deur. Verder erg genoten van de gym en spa! Gym is niet mega groot maar genoeg om even een lekkere workout te hebben.

Our room was covered in mold and they claimed they were fully booked so couldn't move us until the following day. We stayed around 5 nights. The AC was broken the first two nights, was "fixed" so we were told we couldn't move rooms. That is when we think the mold began to grow. We started to feel ill on night 3, and were assuming it was from travel. We came home late on night 4 and noticed the mold - it was everywhere - in front of the AC vent, over the bed, through the ceiling. We complained and they refused to move us as they said the hotel was fully booked. The next day, night 5, they finally moved us, but it was our last night. They didn't do much more than a bottle of prosecco to apologize or provide any support. I have photos and videos that I plan to submit to the Spanish board of health. Apparently they know this is an ongoing issue, but don't do anything to fix it. Completely disgusting. We received no refund and they didn't even comp parking at the end when we were checking out. It was an awful experience, do not stay here.
