"Cute hotel with access to all the tourist sites such as the Riverwalk, the castle and the convent. Breakfast was very good and well served, Continental style. The greatest challenge is the inability to stop to drop off luggage if arriving by car. Parking is free, but requires about a five minute walk to a local public parking lot. "

"Really nice room with a large and comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruit (great for Tomar’s hot weather). "

"The hotel sustained some damage during the January 2026 storms. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The breakfast had extensive options, everything was fresh and in abundance. Parking was very convenient. Location was close to attractions, and many restaurants. I would stay at this hotel again if I was in this area."

"Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. Very central, but extremely quiet. Parking right outside the hotel front door is a plus, and accomodates all sizes of cars. Excellent breakfast, and the automated coffee machine has decaf selections, too! The hotel is literally surrounded by the river, and there are senches to enjoy peaceful time outside. The staff is excellent and helps make tge stay exceptional. Would stay here again."
