"Ample parking, well-appointed room, staff generally helpful. We stayed in the ‘Indulgence Suite’ and were impressed by the room, but sadly didn’t get to enjoy a relaxing evening as there was a party going on that was just so, so loud until 11pm. Pub food was extremely disappointing, very over-priced for quality. Breakfast was tasty and a good selection, but at 9am there was no bread, plates or bowls for the buffet so wasn’t very well-maintained. Bed was very uncomfortable unfortunately. Room was very dark and quiet once music had stopped though."

"I have to admit, I was a little disappointed with my room after booking an upgrade but it was comfortable enough, although a bit dated. Shower was not great and plumbing was noisy. Breakfast was very nice. Plenty free parking was a bonus."

"Upon arrival, we had difficulty locating the apartment as it was down an unmarked hallway between two bldgs. Also, the outside often had persons loitering around, leading to an unsafe feeling.
