"The hotel has only been open for 3 weeks, which is probably 6 weeks too soon!! The room was not finished - locks missing on bathroom door (just a hole waiting for the lock); no curtains or blind in the lounge area - the hot sun blazed in throughout the day and neighbouring rooms could see in, and finally, no air conditioning - the control panels are there, but not connected to anything. I REPEAT ... NO AIR CONDITIONING. The day was very sunny and very hot and the room could not be cooled down...

"Room was lovely, everything clean. Our room went out onto the garden at the back near the bar area which felt like you were in a little secret garden. Even though close to the bar there was no noise and everyone was very respectful. It has a lovely atmosphere here. Staff were all really lovely and very helpful couldn’t fault this place at all. Really good area just a short 30 minute walk into the centre."

"We are 2 large dogs and brought our well behaved owners with us. We were made to feel very welcome. 2 dog beds and 2 bowls in the room as well as a human sized bed (which we felt was too comfortable for us). Our owners were very happy though. There were water bowls and treats for us in the bar. This was a joy as our owners wanted to watch some strange men (the 11 in white shirts seemed to be the favourites) running around with a ball. We would have been much better but I'm not sure the ball would have lasted more than about 5 minutes. Breakfast set up in the bar for our owners as we were not allowed to accompany them into the restaurant. In fairness there would have been too much temptation, all those sausages on offer! The Stray directly opposite the hotel where we could take our owners for lots of lovely walks. All round a great experience. Thank you Woof, woof"

"Excellent stay...beautiful hotel, immaculately maintained...a level above anything else we stayed out during our vacation. Centrally located within easy walking distance of almost anything you'd want to see. Parking was a bit dodgy since the hotel seems to be booked for all sorts of event. The breakfast was ideal. I really want to go back for more."
