"View of the top of the Sagrada, good location, ac didn’t always work but staff responded quickly and resolved the issue. Elevator did not work and we had to climb up 4 floors with our luggage, so it’s a good place for somebody who’s staying longer or pack light. Laundry is available and worked well. Unfortunately paper towel was not provided in the kitchenette."

Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making my wife’s birthday celebration truly memorable. The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to the Metro and main-line railway, with a very large shopping mall nearby, making transport, shopping, and dining extremely convenient. We truly appreciated the excellent service and personal touch throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Barcelona."
