"The staff at both the restaurant and check-in desk were pleasant and helpful. The rooms are very small. We were disappointed that our only option for dinner was the buffet, but the selection was varied and good."

"Only stayed 1 night. It is less than 10 min to the airport, main reason for choosing this hotel, as we had a morning flight out of Lisbon. Main complaint is the bed/pillows felt a bit worn & lumpy. Everything else works ok, not bad for the price. Some good restaurants within walking distance."

"Beautiful property. Clean room, very good breakfast buffet with attentive wait staff. Only complaint was that when we arrived early, check in staff said they would call me when the room was ready. They never did call, and so I waited longer than necessary to reach my room. A follow-through on the commitment would have been better customer service."
