Top Alenquer Hotel Reviews
VIP Executive Art's Hotel
8/10 Good
"Rooms were very clean and housekeeping was great. Whoever invented the shower doors should be slapped. Dumbest worst design they got the bathroom floor soaked almost every shower until the end of the week I almost figured out how to not soak the bathroom each shower. Sadly the economy has affected how many coffee pods you get per visit. Only two pods for free and one free water bottle which left room to be desired. The luggage scale downstairs was very useful for one euro each weigh. The restaurant, breakfast, and bar hours were not convenient to me at all, it closed very early in the day and evening. Another hotel a block away had a bar and restaurant open much more. The lobby was beautiful."

Meliá Lisboa Oriente
8/10 Good
"The hotel has an excellent location, which was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Unfortunately, my arrival and check-in experience was disappointing. As I approached the front desk, the check-in agent, Beatriz, immediately told me, “We have no rooms available,” before I had even said anything. I explained that I had a reservation and provided the name, at which point she proceeded with the check-in process. What concerned me most was what prompted her to make that statement before even asking our name or checking the reservation. I am a frequent traveler and have stayed at many hotels, but I have never experienced being told that there were no rooms available before I had even had the opportunity to provide my reservation details. I would encourage management to look into how guests are greeted and handled at check-in, as this was not the welcoming experience one would expect from a Meliá hotel."
