"Great stay in fab location, staff were very welcoming, but a few a small issues means this hotel doesn’t live up to five stars. Horrendous noise from the shower in one of our rooms and could hear similar from showers in neighbouring rooms, rooms were not cleaned one day (which was resolved quickly) and whilst breakfast food options are great, the waiters do the drinks service and we had to ask several (up to four times) for juices/ hot drinks each morning."
