I read some negative reviews of this place and I have no idea why anyone would rate this place poorly. It is excellent accommodations. Great breakfast. The only negative is that the ad says something about a bar and lounge - uh - no. There is a little bar by the reservation desk with a couple of chairs but that’s it. All in all a great place to stay.

Location is very good. Everyone kind, friendly and knowledgeable regarding the area. Hotel is dilapidated, although appears to be clean. Nice breakfast, coffee not so nice.

Friendly staff. Convenient, walkable location. Tasty breakfast. Recently updated rooms. Definitely needed AC in the summer or a fan - it was hot. At least the windows opened. It was manageable at night but miserable later afternoon / evening granted it was the height of summer.

Great hotel with a great location

This hotel has a perfect location, with grocery, restaurants, transportation and central parts of Ålesund in immediate vicinity. The breakfast was tasty and have a bit of everything. The staff so friendly and service minded, and there is a good standard on the rooms. Confortable, clean, convenient, and at reasonable prices. I will be sure to come back one day. Highly recommended.

Good value for the money.

Stay good, excellent service. Problem with hotel car parking, did not receive oblat for the car and got a penalty of 660 nok, pluss 1 day the slot was occupaid.

Accès difficile

Malheureusement, avant eu plusieurs problèmes, notre séjour à l'hôtel a été perturbé. En ce qui concerne cet hôtel. ATTENTION, il n'y a aucun endroit pour stationner quelques minutes pour faire le chek in. Aussi, comme nous ne voulions pas gêner la circulation, ni nous installer sur les places pour handicapés en face, nous sommes allés dans le petit parking payant juste à côté, pour 4 minutes, et malheureusement, la police est passée juste au mauvais moment. Résultat, chek-in à 60 €. Ne soyez pas polis, garez vous sur le trottoir avec les warning. La réceptionniste Segven a été particulièrement adorable pour attenuer notre tristesse. Merci à elle.
