"The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were amazing - even at 7a.m.
The room seemed poorly lit. Although there were lamps, there was no central light which made the entry into the room and the wardrobe area very difficult to see."
"The hotel is new, fresh! I loved it. My room was small but I was rarely in the room. The bed was comfortable. I did not have breakfast and did not visit the lounge. The location was perfect. I was steps away from The Royal Conservatory of Scotland, and the bus station was two blocks down. There is an airport bus which leaves every 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and so helpful!"
"The staff was the best part of my stay. Ali, the manager of the restaurant, was so kind and helpful as I needed accommodations for food allergies for my dinner. Super friendly. The hotel is steps away from the Glasgow International terminal, perfect for me, a solo traveler. Although my room was clean, it was very outdated. My bed was comfortable The hotel is older, the carpet in the rooms and hallways are worn and actually torn in some places."
"Idealic location and had everything we needed. Staff was so attentive and the design is beautiful. The steam room and sauna and got tub were perfect escaping from storm boelo."
"Check in & parking was easy, with plenty spaces (for a charge - cheaper at weekends), and the staff were lovely. The hotel seemed well staffed and busy with other guest, which is always a good sign. The rooms were lovely, clean and fresh with hand-soap and plenty of towels. We only stayed one night and the room was quiet, the bed and bedding was soft and comfortable and the air conditioning was a pleasant temp to be able to sleep. We will definitely consider this hotel to stay in again."
"Absolutely fabulous stay here. Rooms were well priced and spacious. All the amenities needed were in the room and being able to cast/stream to the TV in the room was absolutely amazing! Check out time at 12.00pm was really helpful too as we didn't feel like we were rushed
Easy to find and so local to the train station too"
