"It was extremely clean, well maintained. My room was expansive and impressively spacious! I felt safe the entire time. The breakfast wasn't amazing, but it was good. There's a Denny's literally right across the street, so I will never complain about the Quality Inn's breakfast. As a matter of fact, this lodging facility's location is PERFECTLY situated... Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree, 7-11, many restaurants and the DC line are all embarrassingly close!
Lastly, the STAFF is the best part of this place. I travel aLOT for work, so I have met many many and much hotel staff members. Some are nice and, clearly, the higher end you go, the better the staff is trained to deliver sterling custom service. This hotel, motel, inn is in the "budget motel" category, yet the staff I encountered present as 5-Star. With the exception of the grouchy overnight deskman, everyone was super nice and helpful. Special shout out to Christy, the GM who saved my life when I was rushing and left my luggage/computer bag there. It would've been a disaster, but she noticed it and stored it for me. I'd been on the road for 2 hours and almost wrecked my car when I realized I'd left it. Frantic, I called and she answered the front desk line. Before I started ranting, she calmly said, "We have your items safe here". It's the most relief I've felt in a long time. I have since stayed there twice and will again in 2 weeks. Angela (front desk) and Teresa (housekeeping) were both divine. 10 stars if I could!!!"
