"My husband and I stayed at the Palazzo for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience throughout. Before we even arrived Salvatore was responsive with messages and arranging our late check in. He greeted us as soon as we arrived in the car and showed us to a parking space directly outside the property. The masseria is stunning and the rooms are very unique! "Property area was comfortable. Quite few amenities. Food was accurate, quality was ok. Did not like that on the rate was not enclosed the place on beach. That had to be settled as extra. And for an hotel on the sea this is quite odd. Missing baby-club and music. Only piano-bar music, the siger was very nice. But it could have been better if could offer different kind of entertinement. "

"Our room/bed, pool, bountiful buffet and staff were the highlights of this hotel. We did visit the spa and steam room on our last stay, the spa was a little run down and wouldn’t pay for this if we stay again. The service for the spa was odd as we weren’t sure what we were doing and were left to find where it is and what to do with no help. "
