"Lovely pub and bar lovely food "

"I stayed in a single en-suite, which was a surprisingly good size, including the shower. The decor was a bit dated, but overall quite clean, all the essentials and complimentary coffee and water which was great. My only thing to riase and of course I knew this when booking was the noise from the pub below. "It's a little gem!! Lovely location in Lincolnshire, near enough for the main birdlife sites. Run by Emma and Mark, a super friendly couple. The garden room enables a great space to sit in and relax, away from the bedroom. Breakfast was super-tasty and just the right amount of food. Great little home from home.
