The views from the restaurant are amazing. The breakfast was great and food at the restaurant was excellent. The staff were very helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Dear ILYA, It is with sadness that we receive your evaluation and we know that our hotel didn't live up to all your expectations.According to the information provided by our team during your stay, we reinforce that 3HB Falésia Garden we have 2 room types: kindly note that at 3HB Falésia Garden we have 2 room types: standard apartments and deluxe apartments. Your reservation was done for a Standard apartment. As it was possible to verify during the test carried out at our reception directly on Expedia website, during the booking process the photos of the corresponding apartment are always showed - in this case the photos of the Standard apartment. Thus, although the main gallery shows the photos of both room types, when choosing the apartment to book are always shown the photos of the corresponding apartment.Unfortunately, during your stay our Deluxe apartments were fully booked, so it was not possible to do an upgrade. And for that, we apologize!We would love to have the opportunity to welcome you back at 3HB Falésia Garden, or at any 3HB Hotels units, if you decide to give us another opportunity.Kind regards, The 3HB Hotels team

Long weekend in Olhos de Agua
Really enjoyed staying here and I would recommend it for the location, the amazing views, the food, the rooms are lovely and spacious, clean and modern. The whole place has a very relaxed and easy going vibe. Literally my only criticism is that the bed wasn't that comfy, mattress was too soft. Also, we went as a couple and it's more of a resort for families with young children. As we went end of season it was quiet so was fine.

Amazing resort for kids. Beautiful pool and beach just a short walk down from the property. Rooms were clean and spacious and true to the pictures online! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay! It was excellent for kids. The room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed all the food and amenities the hotel had to offer. The live singer each night at Falesia bar was very entertaining. We would definitely stay again.

The staff was extremly pleasant and professional, the views from the restaurant are amazing and the beach is less than 5 min walk. There is not much to do within walking distance, but it will be a good home base if you have a car, as you will be about an hour to 30 mins from all the towns and attractions. The beds were my biggest issue, I was supposed to have a kind bed but it was two full beds next to each other and they were not all that comfortable. I must say the rooms were very clean. Overall a good experience and I am glad I chose this place but if I return I would stay elsewhere.

Fantastic for young families
Fantastic location for our first family holiday the play park and children’s swimming pool meant our son was entertained during our time at the resort. I would highly recommend to other families with a young family.

The resort property is lovely. In our room, there was no coffee maker, iron or ironing board, minimal amenities in the kitchen, and the mattress in the bedroom was rock hard. We ended up sleeping in the living room. It was furnished like a dorm, not a resort. The weather was warm enough to swim but the pool was too cold and should have been heated.

Really enjoyed our stay, only thing was the beds were too firm. But access to the beach and pool was perfect, staff were amazing especially Catia and others were very accommodating and friendly. Plenty of choice at breakfast. House keeping made sure you came back to a lovely fresh room after a long day exploring or relaxing by the pool. Can see why it's popular for families even though I went with my partner.

Highly Recommend
Was very pleased with the room size and quality, the service including cleaning staff and bar staff. Comfortable, Stress Free, easy access to Pool and Beaches, loads of parking space Only disappointment was the cost of the drinks in the bar, this just lead to us going out for food and drink which is actually a negative economy for the hotel. Our choice at the end of the day. Great time was had

Good points: * fantastic location, near the beach and shops, restaurants, pharmacy * staff are very friendly and helpful * plenty of chairs by the pool * not far from the airport * a welcome bottle of water (very welcome when it's 30C outside) * an early check was allowed, access to the apartment available before the 4pm. * Food at the pool bar was very nice. Ice creams delicious. Bad points: * apartment was near the restaurant, very noisy until late evening and again noisy very early morning. Very limit view of the sea. not very clean at arrival, very limit kitchen utensils for cooking, nothing to clean. Mattress is like sleeping on a rock. * the half board package doesn't include drinks (any). And this information wasn't clear anywhere when bought the package. Just found out when checking in. * no entertaining for kids (no kids club). Only a small playground and a play room full of old payable machines. . * swimming pool extremely cold, like ice every single day. kids and adults were not heated. * alcoholic drinks quite expensive, cocktails poor quality. * food at the restaurant was very tasteless, disappointing. very unhealthy options for kids, like hot dog almost every day

Not sea view. Partial at best
We reserved a sea view property, but when I arrived I realised to see the sea I had to be on the balcony and looking over one side. If I had known I would have booked another property. By the way sea view is all partial at best and above the kitchen. See pic attached taken standing at the bedroom window They offered to change rooms but all were the same situation. Service was fine, they were genuinely kind and friendly, but alas this did not make up for what I felt was overpayment for a room that did not meet the standards advertised. No conditioner or washing up liquid in the room. Small things, but stupid to need to buy these. €10 euro deposit at reception to borrow a beach towel. Breakfast was ok. Not much by way of veg. Bar staff were nice.

The property was located close to the beach. My room had a kitchenette with all the glasses, plates, cutlery pots ,pans, kettle, microwave, small fridge. Kitchen table, Living room with tv and pullout couch. There was a huge sliding door that lead to a balcony with partial ocean views. Building #8. Bedroom had a comfortable bed and tv. Barhroom was clean and rain shower was amazing. I had purchased half board which included dinner. Dining area was overlooking pool and ocean views. Great food choices which changed every night. Buffet stations with meals being prepared at each station. Amazing atmosphere and friendly staff. Majority of staff spoke English. It was my birthday when I arrived and the hotel had decorated my bed with beautiful towel swans and some champagne. An excellent stay would definitely stay again. Highly recommended! Bruno was very welcoming at every encounter. Thank you for a fabulous experience.

Avoid the hotel
One if the worst customer experience I have ever received. Yo give you and idea, I put on 400k airline likes a year, travel all over the world. I have been at the most remote, to the most luxurious hotels in my time. This is by far the worst experience, they treat you like crap, show no interest to help or care about service.

Looking forward to going back
First visit and won’t be the last. Staff are attentive without being intrusive, cleanliness is second to none. I would be very surprised if you couldn’t find something to eat as everything you could wish for is available. We didn’t eat at the hotel in the evening as there are plenty of very good restaurants just a 5-10min walk away and not expensive.

Stayed at Falesia Garden for a short family break. We were impressed as soon as we walked into reception, friendly welcome, given all the information regarding resort that we needed. We had booked an upgraded apartment and couldn't fault it, everything we needed, spotlessly clean and maid service was offered daily but we didn't need it every day. Breakfast was excellent, everything you could want and plenty of choice and very good service. We went to breakfast late every day and always plenty fresh food available, restaurant staff worked hard to make sure buffet well stocked and tables cleared quickly. Resort seemed quiet when we stayed , went to evening entertainment on two of nights we stayed, good service at bar and singers entertaining were good but just a few of guests there but it was end of season. I would recommend resort and would certainly return.
