Nice hotel, great pool, very attentive staff. Pool and grounds really well kept and very tidy. Staff at breakfast were great, we didn’t eat in the hotel apart from breakfast so can’t comment otherwise. Short, 10-15 mins, lovely walk along the promenade into Alghero We had a late flight out on the day we checked out and they had showers we could use after a day at the pool, which was brilliant. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

This was an average stay for us. There was no water at reception and there were extra charges for towels and parking. There were no facilities to make drinks in the room. We have received a more attentive service from similar hotels. Given we were there for 7 nights, staff made no effort to engage. There was a limited selection for breakfast and we felt the quality of items was average. The selection of bar food was also poor. The positives were the location of the hotel (opposite a beach and only 20/30 minutes flat walk to the old town) and the pool area which was kept very clean. The public areas including the breakfast room lacked good air conditioning, they were always warm and stuffy. Overall this was an average stay which could have easily been a good one with improvements.

Amazing place to stay. Lovely breakfast, great pool and stunning views of the beach and beyond. Room was great for 2 adults and 1 child, very clean and a good amount of storage and had a nice balcony. Comfy beds. Lots of sunbeds by the pool amd kept clean.

This is a Gem of a hotel and a pleasant walk from Old Town (about 20 mins). Staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is plentiful with a good selection at the buffet. Hotel is spotless and gardens, pool and communal areas are so well tended. We will definitely return.

Enjoyable stay.

The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with the beach across the road. The old town is a 25 minute walk away. The bedrooms are small and the breakfast is disappointing. The fruit is mostly tinned and the cooked breakfast is poor.

Great budget hotel. Stayed in a single person room. It was simple without anything fancy. But, it also still came with a big balcony with an ocean view! Hotel included breakfast. The pool was nice, albeit cold! Pool closed for the evening at 7pm. Very nice location near the beach and walking distance to the old town. Also pretty quite.

Basic hotel

We were very disappointed with this Hotel. We arrived just after midnight on a late flight and there was not even any complimentary water or snacks in the room. You would need to purchase this from the bar. The mini fridge was empty, no kettle provided. Asked for an iron and was told they don't provide irons and would need to ask laundry service in the morning and pay a charge which is billed to your room. Nothing to hang your wet clothes on the balcony. Considering the beach is so close you would think they would have a drying rack for wet clothes. The TV was a small 20-22". Bathroom was very small. There were no maps and no tourist information. The taxi to the airport costs you over 40€ (10 min drive) when there is no traffic. Flight was early in the morning and was told they would prepare a cold breakfast packed which we could collect night before. Thought that was kind of them. But, when we went to reception was told there is nothing the person responsible must have forgotten. Wow amazing customer service they forgot!! The gentleman at reception in the morning was kind enough to give us bottled water and orange juice. Breakfast was the only positive about this hotel. The hot tubs we were told only had cold water. Interior decor could do with an upgrade. Rating 1 star and that's for the breakfast only. Very dissatisfied.
