La posizione è ottimale, direttamente davanti alla spiaggia e abbastanza vicino al centro. La camera era molto pulita e spaziosa con vista piscina. Ho apprezzato molto che l'ultimo giorno potevamo passare in piscina anche dopo il check out.

Residence eccezionale: personale in reception davvero professionale, gentile e sorridente. Appartamento con tutti i comfort e bellissima la piscina con possibilità di farsi una doccia se si riparte dopo aver già effettuato il check out così da godersi il mare davvero fino all’ultimo. Fermata autobus, supermercato, farmacia e diversi ristora nelle immediate vicinanze.

Location: 30 mins walk along the beach front promenade from the old town. Buses unreliable & parking on the streets difficult. Car Park at hotel 15 euro/day. Everywhere very clean & well maintained. Small pool area with good sunbeds and umbrellas - no problems with towels on beds early Sept - hotel quiet. We stayed 3 adults in a two bed comfort apt - 5F - 2 balconies, new furniture, modern bathroom, good aircon, free safe. Was missing a kettle and a toaster - managed to get a kettle from reception. No large glasses or wine glasses. Some noise from the padel court next door but probably not a problem in all blocks of the hotel. Overall a good stay.

Modernised property with good facilities including pool. All areas meticulously maintained and cleaned. Only real complaint was the unreliable Wi-Fi. Range of beach and dining options and a pleasant 25 minutes walk to Alghero old town.

Alles sehr modern aber teilweise nicht durchdacht (Keine Steckdose an der Küche, Touch-Feld des Herds funktioniert kaum, Licht im Bad nur Bewegungsmelder, keine Schere, Schneidebrett etc. vorhanden). Zimmer wurde nur mäßig sauber übergeben und auch Zimmerservice scheint nicht wirklich zu putzen.

Erg leuk resort met zwembad direct aan het strand (alleen de straat over) en op loopafstand van het centrum van Alghero (15-20 minuten lopen). Iedere 3-4 dagen maken ze het appartement schoon, verschonen de bedden en brengen ze nieuwe handdoeken. Bij het zwembad is het vrij rustig waardoor je eigenlijk altijd wel een strandbedje hebt. Zwembad is groot genoeg voor de accommodatie en heeft 2 geïntegreerde jacuzzi’s. Wij zaten in een appartement dat nog niet gerenoveerd was. Simpel maar prima. Alleen de matras van het bed was echt heel slecht en de koelkast vrij klein. Dat is het enige kleine minpuntje. Het vrije strand bij het appartement is wat klein maar als je 200 meter naar rechts loopt heb je een ruim wit zandstrand met kristal helder water. Het strand van Maria Pia ligt op circa 10-15 minuten loopafstand en is ook prachtig. Supermarkt om de hoek en heel veel restaurantjes in de buurt. Al met al hebben wij genoten van deze vakantie.

La résidence est très bien entretenue, bien située, la piscine et les appartements agréables, le personnel très accueillant et professionnel. 2 points d'amélioration : - plus d'étagères pour les produits et de crochets pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain - avoir le programme des événements prévus dans les alentours disponible dans plusieurs langues Très bien, je recommande.
