"Very disappointed by this property, which I selected for a few main reasons. First, I was looking for a hotel near the airport with an airport shuttle. I was also wanting a hotel with breakfast. We had a busy weekend ahead, so these were two key details for us. Second, i was traveling with my husband and a friend, so we needed two beds. When we landed, we found that the shuttle had already stopped running. I believe it stops at 8 or 9pm which was disappointing. Being that the hotel offered a shuttle, I was surprised to find it was over 20 minutes from the airport. When we finally arrive at the hotel from the airport, we’re told we’ll be in a room with a king bed and a pull out couch. I requested the 2 queen room, as we had booked, but was told they were sold out. We get up to the room, and the pull out is a tiny twin size mattress. Thankfully there were 3 of us in the room because the mattress would certainly not fit more than 1 person. The last disappointment out of this hotel was that while breakfast is offered, it is not complimentary. As such, the entire visit left us disappointed.
Other disappointments aside (which a little more research on my end would have probably revealed), I certainly should have gotten the room I booked and I should have been compensated for their error in overbooking the 2 queen rooms. The 1 king and a TWIN pullout was not comparable, nor what I paid for, but no compensation was offered - not even an apology. "
