"I didn't like my stay at Hyatt Place in room 1214, the AC wasn't cold and I was itching on their linens. I called their internal room operator to leave a message on voicemail but they didn't take any action and I don't know if they got my message. I requested an electric kettle on May 28 but nothing happened. I paid properly. I hope the next time someone books there at Hyatt Place LAX 5959 W. Century Blvd Los Angeles California they will give the guests what they request. I just liked their breakfast buffet and the staff & services at the bar & restaurant. The shuttle bus and the driver are nice. But the room & services are very poor.

"For starters, when attempting to enter our room, the key didn't work and an individual opened the door from inside the room. Quite a surprise for both of us as were given the wrong room number. We were given the correct room number from the front desk and as we were heading towards the elevators, a cockroach ran past us on the floor. We were staying at the hotel only to catch an early flight the next morning so we weren't able to use any of the amenities or try the breakfast. In all honesty, we probably won't return to this hotel due to the poor experience."
"Had a late flight into Denver airport and an early flight out the next morning, it was very easy to get to the hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was very good, hotel was nice and quiet and comfortable. Will definitely stay again."
"The room was dirty and smelled so bad as if the air was recycled only and never had a fresh air circling around at least for a short while to keep the air clean. No breakfast and no coffee. They charge for parking and its a little expensive. Front desk toke a long time to check me in and the place smelled like weed in the hallway and the front entrance. I would never stay there again even if it was for free"
"Got woken up by housekeeping opening my door at 8:30am. After waking up and telling the front desk about it, housekeeping opened my door again at 10:30 without knocking. I know nobody spoke to the lady in housekeeping about it because she did it again two hours later. Poorly managed, poorly run. I’ll never stay here again."
"Small bathroom with nowhere for my stuff. Very few towels. Loud outside noise until late at night. Crowded room with too much furniture. Morning coffee was nice. Pool is nice. Food at pool was good. Prefer in room menu rather than dumb QR codes for everything."
