"Very hot shower very nice staff"

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Throughout the entire night, I had to call the staff five times because the door of an empty nearby room was constantly opening and slamming shut due to the wind. The problem was never properly resolved, making it impossible to sleep. The complete lack of action and responsibility was unacceptable. To make matters worse, although breakfast was clearly included in our booking, there was no breakfast prepared at all in the morning. We were forced to leave the property without any explanation, apology, or attempt to fix the situation. This stay showed a serious lack of professionalism, basic hospitality, and respect for guests. I strongly advise others to avoid this property."

"We had a very nice stay here. The hotel and grounds are beautifully maintained. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It is an excellent location, just walking distance from the town, restaurants and shops. There is free onsite parking which is important as you can't park on the road side. The room was a bit smaller than we expected but it was comfortable enough."

"Clean room and nice hotel but really BEST breakfast I’ve ever had. Fresh fried donut, a variety of meats and cheeses, fruits and hard boiled eggs finished in a cask iron skillet. Outstanding! "

Decent sized outdoor pool, great location and parking available. "There was mo wifi reception in the room. The manager said it was probably because the walls are thick and he didn't seem bothered by it. The room smelled of mold, I had to keep the windows open which made it feel like there wasn't much privacy. Dust from the walls fell on the pillows. The sink is in the shower which is a slipping hazard. "

Bu nazikçe ifade edilse de, biraz acele ettirilmiş gibi hissettik. Otelin genel hizmet yaklaşımı biraz fazla “kural odaklı” göründü. Otelin kendi beach’i olması avantaj gibi görünse de, erişimi kolay değil. Yürünebilir bir yol bulunmuyor, toplu taşıma sınırlı ve taksiler kısa mesafe olmasına rağmen sabit 200 TL alıyor. 4 gece konakladık ve her gün sabah-akşam taksi kullandık; bu da ciddi bir ek maliyet oluşturdu. Otelin beach’e kısa mesafede düzenli bir servis sunmasını beklerdim. Genel olarak konforlu bir oteldi, ancak küçük detaylar misafir deneyimini etkiliyor. Daha ulaşılabilir hizmet ve misafirperverlik odaklı yaklaşımla çok daha keyifli olabilirdi."
