This is our second stay so thats saying something. Its in a great location, staff are great, their restuarants got really yummy food mainly pizza tho, but yummy all the same. Short walk to centre of town and eateries. Only down side is thier pool is in the shade .

Great location thats walkable to shops. Very spacious room and the bathrooms big too. Couldve done with a microwave but we lived thru that . Lolthe grounds in the hotel were good too. The pool was in an odd spot . All in all we loved this hotel as were going back in a weeks time on way back home

Lovely check in lady who was very efficient. Parking an absolute nightmare. Overpriced and noisy. If the price was halved it would still be a little on the expensive side for what it is without breakfast.

Spent a lot to spend 12 hours in the room to sleep and shower. But better than nothing. Weird exterior door locking mechanism. On a positive the sourdough pizza at Bella Alice was wonderful!

This was a well located property near the mall, the pool was a bit average and not in the sun and really cold. The two rooms I stayed in, didn’t seem to have any cold water in the taps only hot which was annoying. Also the property needs better signage to restaurant, it was a confusing place with no signs to anything. Room was comfortable (though check the window I was on ground floor and a huge window opened directly into the side street and was not locked. ) Otherwise ammenities and room were fine

Great location, clean and comfortable The fridge wasn’t working but staff arranged it’s repair quickly. The water pressure in the bathroom was poor and one of the main gates was broken so night time security was compromised Pool was in shade and very little vegetation in garden But overall good value

I liked the locale. We changed to better room and we were pleased with it worth the extra money. The staff were obliging and friendly. One exception,more of that later. The restaurant “Bella “was attached to the hotel. Not sure about ownership. It was good and the beef cheeks were to die for. Open for breakfast lunch and dinner which was handy as restaurants were few in the area. But one big gripe. We were on holiday and waking up late and having a leisurely breakfast is one of our highlights! Service commenced at 7 and finished at 8.30! So no sleep in. The offerings were basic. And the eggs invariably cold as was the demeanour of the host, a very grumpy man. And guess what. No patronage. Big restaurant and almost empty.

outdated and dirty

positives: Central location air con friendly staff Negatives: (not all are the hotel's fault but you should still be aware) dirty - lots of stains everywhere, weird smell, and found dead bug water tastes bad (I didn’t have this issue anywhere else in Alice Springs) the pool is falling apart, very dirty, and completely in the shade no microwave no soundproofing - you can hear other guests close their doors, walk around and talk not secure - anyone can walk in the front door, the hotel room doors are exterior, locks on doors are outdated, woken up in the early hours (3am) to people yelling and fighting The shower doesn’t drain properly so you're standing in a few inches of dirty water the whole shower it also has only one tiny holder to put your products only one main light and it needs to be changed it flickers when you turn it on and is very dim Do not disturb sign falls off easily - I was woken up by housekeeping staff to clean my room because the sign fell off

The hotel is in a great location with plenty of shopping and dining places within walking distance. Front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. Front desk is staffed 24 hrs so convenient when something is needed.
