"-Unorganized hotel. Terribly managed. Facility is decent. Rooms basic. VIP Room is not much better than regular room, but double the price. Stay at Mango - better organized. -Breakfast buffet ran out of food. No solution. Many items on menu are not available. -Checkin is a nightmare. Keys missing. Keys don’t work and hand you a bunch of tiny tickets for access to pool - etc. They throw you these tiny tickets with tiny writing on them. Try to do this when you have multiple rooms. ...

"It was a good cheap room in general although I was a bit miffed by a few things: 1) The condition of their water heater; it wasn't fixed to a spot properly. 2) I am not a fan at all of shower curtains but this a matter of personal preference."

"This place is very easy on the wallet. I felt is was an outstanding value. The included breakfast made it even a better value. Outstanding covered parking. Room service with very good quality food. Satellite tv, usable wifi. A blanket which is often rare. For Americans the deluxe room has hot water. And finally, the best attribute was the staff. They made us extremely comfortable. They were overly attentive! They could not have done more for a guest. They speak English which is nice as well. Of course this is a province which if you travel the islands is certainly less bound by rules that often are more restrictive than Americans are appreciative of. Whatever your purpose, this little gem was much appreciated by this traveler. The staff and the value were refreshing. I felt the area prices were rather on the pricy side but not here. But again the staff was pretty incredible. They even provided us with a rather nice parting gift (each) I won’t divulge the gift but I was thankful. We will certainly return when my annual visit occurs next year! Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience. We couldn’t possibly have felt more welcomed."

Complimentary tooth paste and brushes/nice smelling soap. Large towels. Excellent shower space. Great for disabled or handicapped individuals (bench) large shower head and also wand. Bidet Shopping/grocery (save more) in the same building. Palawan money changer downstairs. (Although valrica gives better exchange rates) Near Florida bus terminal. 50 yard walk. McDonald’s and kfc within stone throw. 7/11 beside Florida liner. (Super convenient location) tricycle or taxi on site. Refrigerator and freezer available for use but not in room. The negatives, it was little flying bug season… non biting though. Internet wasn’t working for our stay but it was due to an auto accident (uncontrollable) finally 500 push key deposit.!!! Absolutely, worth expedias price, or even walk in price for that matter! Loved my stay!"
