"Abbiamo soggiornato 10 gg a inizio giugno, la location è pulita, familiare, silenziosa, rilassante. La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilità di rapidi spostamenti nell’isola. C’è sempre posto per parcheggiare l’automobile nel giardino o appena fuori. "Perfect location, right on the beach, and close enough to walk into Skiathos town. Excellent restaurants around the property, with amazing views. The Cape Block is right on the beach. Rooms are lovely and clean. Ample selection for breakfast, although you need to be early for the hot selection to be hot, but pleanty to choose from. You even get complimentary speciality coffee from the bar. Would definitely recommend a stay here."

"This was a fabulous gem overlooking Lutraki Beach. Quiet and tucked away just what we were looking for in our stay. Ginny our host was great she had great communication and Was a tremendous help in helping us find a private boat charter. She also was very helpful when our ferry was cancelled due to inclement weather and made sure we had transportation off of the island. All the locals were lovely. The apt was super clean and new.
