"I booked as I was going to the Ancient City which they have free transport and discount to and also to a lovely restaurant just up the road big rooms ours was looking over the Ancient city staff where so helpful the whole place is very clean only downside was breakfast but I don't think they have many Europeans staying . "This hotel is about 1 and 1/2hour taxi ride to downtown bangkok. It is situation in a very dirty nieghbourhood with absolutely nothing to do. Why would expedia put this in their list of hotels for tourists. Blows my mind. I saw more stray dogs in 100 ft running on the street than iv seen in a life time. Staff is very friendly. Never go here. You are living in the slums. No where to walk...."

"Great location, staff and room. Stayed in the hotel for 10 days. Rooms were clean and satisfactory. Area was in a great spot. Walking distance from MBK, Siam and other mall spots and market. Train station is literally attached to the hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to add the breakfast hotel. It's a steal with what they offer. Definitely great way to start your day. Just a few things, could be a make or break for some: 1. Some rooms didn't have proper safety deposit box. We had to changed rooms due to this. The staff were very helpful and helped us changed rooms. 2. We went with family and they said that the a/c wasn't as cold as it could be. Ok when you're sleeping but spending the whole day outside and waiting for the room to cool is a bummer. Other than those would definitely recommend. If we come back to visit we'll definitely try and stay in the same location."
