"This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, I would warn English speakers that this hotel can be a bit of a struggle as it didnโ€™t seem there were many staff with English skills. "Not the most ideal place for a tourist. Very close to eo gio and the temple but if youโ€™re going on the off season like me. I got scammed out of a trip to ky co. The room has a vibe of lighthouse. The room has no free snacks or drinks in the rooms. You pay for all the snacks. You canโ€™t order food to the place as itโ€™s pretty far from anything convenient. The food is decent at this place"

"I've lived in Vietnam for several years and never went to a FLC. If you don't live in Vietnam FLC is a Vietnamese owned and operated company. So 5 stars isn't international standard 5 stars. Also its catered to Vietnamese guests (explained below.) The rooms are nice enough especially if you stay in the Villas. However the service is not 5 stars and certain parts of the Hotel are run down. A few examples would be no pool or bar service before 5pm as most Vietnamese are scared of the sun and won't go swimming before then. Only one restaurant on site which couldn't make the fresh juice on their menu because they said they were too busy. There were like 3 tables out of a 30 tables full. No aircon in the lobby areas. There were several other ones I could talk about but yeah again it says 5 stars but its more like 4. If you think you're getting a good deal because you see 5 stars you're not. Spend the extra money and go to an international Hotel brand. If you want a 4 stsr hotel with pretty decent villa then stay here but keep expectations low like I did and you'll be good"
