"We stay here often but this will be the last time. The front desk staff at check in did not want to be there. Had to ask the girl to speak up several times cause she was soft spoken and couldn’t understand her. Valet was great service though. Room wasn’t ready for almost 2 hours later than their policy check in time- which if you checked out late they will charge YOU. We had a graduation to get ready for so that put us in a panic. They supposedly upgraded our room due to the inconvenience but got the worst room. Dirty, had bugs. A/c was not working right. TV would not connect to internet, decor really dated. They have a south and north building DONT STAY ON THE SOUTH SIDE Next day elevators weren’t working properly, water everywhere and the 1st floor pool was dirty and slowly falling apart. It had pieces of hot dogs floating around and no one there to clean. I was disappointed cause it almost was family tradition to stay there. Never again unfortunately"

"We arrived 15 minutes after the stated 3 pm check-in time but our room wasn’t ready until 4:15 pm. When we got into the room, it was clean. However, the carpet was soaking wet, apparently because of a fresh shampooing. Then we had an issue with our air conditioning in the room, where the condensate drain was apparently plugged, preventing the room from ever drying out. There were 2 elevators, but 1 was intermittently out of order. I don’t recommend this hotel. We won’t be returning to this hotel."

"Stayed here for a quick overnight last minute and wasn’t disappointed. The room was spacious and clean with a small kitchen. The view of the beach was amazing and the pool was heated, which was very nice. The staff were friendly, and the grounds were clean. The bathroom could use some upgrades. The fixtures were old and the water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best but the location and the view make up for it to me."
