"Truthfully, we loved so much about this hotel, it would be difficult to list all of he qualities.
First and foremost, the staff at the front
desk were all so professional, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Roxanne and Marissa were fabulous! Everyone had all of
the aforementioned qualities.
The hotel was extremely clean. The bathroom in my room had a grab bar and non-slip mat in the shower. Excellent rating for SAFETY!!! I would not stay at any other hotel because of the staff, cleanliness and safety at Hyatt hotels. 5-STAR RATING!!!!"
"The check-in process was honestly amazing relative to the price point of the room. I felt like the hotel was an excellent value. The check-in was nice. I had booked one night for a room with a terrace. And then decided I wanted to come a day early. So we had two separate reservations for two separate rooms. Unfortunately because it is a popular hotel for events I couldn't have the same room both nights. However the concierge made sure to link the reservations and put me on a text alert for when the next room would be available. The welcome beverage was a welcome treat. The little baked goods and the room off the lobby were nice. The vouchers for the hotel bar restaurant were nice. The rooms were comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The showers were nice. I felt like the food that I saw in the restaurant looked good. The hotel is walkable to the main street. It just is a nice little spot. I would recommend."

"One of the reasons I booked this Hotel was because they said they had a pool. But when I got there the water was green and the pool was not open the entirw time I was there. This diappointed me. I was also disappointed that they did not have a restaurant, but this was my issue as they did not say they had one. Besides that it was a very good stay. Very nice rooom and staff."

"Our check in was early as we had been traveling since 3:00pm the previous day from NC. We could not find a hotel for overnight stay in Ohio as many of the towns we passed through were already booked up and this was at 12:00 midnight and 1:00 AM. So we continued on into MI, and was greeted by the kindest woman at the front desk whom was the night auditor. She was able to get us in a room at 6:30 AM as we were exhausted and we even had some oatmeal before heading to our room to sleep for a bit. The overall stay was good. The breakfast was ok. We basically eat the oatmeal and some eggs. The hotel hallway floors could use some daily vacuuming though-they seemed neglected and were a bit dirty. The mattress was very comfortable and the kind woman who checked us in, even found a fan I could use in room during our stay as I need circulating air. I slept very well during our time there and my husband slept well also. He was more still than me in the mornings, but everyone is different. We would return to the Fairfield as they were very accommodating and friendly. A negative was having to pay for parking!!!! This should be a definite NO as we already paid for the stay. This is something we are seeing more of and feel it is a negative and added fees to pinch consumers pockets even more. Please think of eliminating this fee to patrons who stay at the hotel. "

"There seem to be several things broken. Hot tub wasn’t working. The laundromat dryer wasn’t working. My sink handle popped off in my hand. However the staff was great the place was clean. I’d go back as long as you’re not expecting to use all the amenities."
