The front desk staff and those in charge of breakfast were helpful and friendly. I found a key fob in my room after I checked in. I wonder why it wasn't found by the cleaning staff.

kitchens werent stocked. breakfast was terrible. coffee was cheap and nasty. this was definitely not up to Hilton standards. wont stay here again. Hotel sits in front of the waste treatment center so the air smells, always!!!

Perfect Stay

I booked tgis property last minute for an event i was going to in the area and im so glad that I did. I booked the two bed and bath suite and it literally blew my mind. It was like I was in a mini apartment. Everything was clean and organized. The hotel is a little dated with the wallpaper and decor but other than that the room was perfect. It didn't have an old smell to it and the bed was sooooo comfortable. I'll definitely be staying at this property again.

Great staff but needs some room updates

Overall our stay was good. The condition of the room was old and need some updates. Furniture had tears and stains. Not sure when the last time the room was clean so had to do some cleaning ourselves. The staff was great and helpful. All of the areas were well kept (pool, breafast area, outside, front desk area). Not sure if we just had one of the older rooms but if the room was updated I would give it a higher ratiing.

Almost perfect. We had a 2 bedrooms unit. The heater didnt work in one of the rooms... and randomly blew cold air... even if set to 'off'. So we ran the heater in the front room and left door open. It worked. Pool is great. Beds are great. TV is great. Breakfast is great. Parking is great.

I loved the size of the room. A lot of of the bedding has stains on it which grossed me out. There were also other families letting their children go wild in the pool facility without adult supervision. They left it a complete mess, so we decided not to use the pool at all. The staff were great and friendly though!

Homewood Suits was worth every penny.

Friendly staff, quick check in (No need to stop at the desk if you download their app). The room was spacious and had a regular size fridge, stove and cooking pots. The King size bed was big enough for 4 of us to sleep comfortably. The room had a sofa bed.The bathroom was roomie. The ACs kept the room pleasanttly cool. The breakfast was descent and the indoor pool also. Im definitely booking this horel again next time I go to Dorney Park, which was only less than 5 miles away and $75 cheaper than the Holiday Inn Express across the park.

We had room 130 an end room. It was noisy due to a basketball court outside our windows and people going in and out the external door. The bathroom was dirty especially in the corners at the edge of the floors.
