"It was a private room with limited cooking facilities, the hot plates didn't work as to the instructions and it would have been a good idea to have a notice in the room that washing up and teatowel were available at a small cost. There was NO cutting board or suitable utensils for cooking."

First night we were put in a room on unfinished floor. the hallway ceiling is being replaced and just covered with plastic sheet. airconditioning is non existing. when we came back after going to Grenoble, we were put in a room that smells like disinfectant and the bathroom lights are not working.
