"Your staff took wonderful care of us from the moment of check- until check out. Valet parking was just what we needed after a long drive. When we arrived in our room we were greeted with a clean spacious space with air conditioning to our American standards. We were pleasantly surprised to find a hand written welcome letter for our family which also included a plate of chocolates. Wow! The beds were very comfortable and provided a well night’s rest. In the morning we had the most fabulous breakfast that also included a remarkable view of the city. Upon checking out, we were given the most thoughtful gift. I highly recommend IMLAUER hotel! "

"Train delayed past our check in time, & property sent a detailed video with instructions to allow us to check in on our own. Spacious, clean & beautiful room. A/C & instant coffee in the room was a plus. Good breakfast at reasonable price. Thankful we found this place. Great price and location. "
