"Room was very tidy . Not Staff didn’t speak English as before , but didn’t impede having a good time . There was however a lack of warm water and no hot water for showers . My 4th or 5th visit over the years . Dive centre and staff amazing!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Clarion Suites Roatan at Pineapple Villas in French Harbour—it’s a beautiful spot. The staff was super professional and courteous from start to finish. William at the spa desk deserves a huge shout-out; he was so attentive and helpful, taking care of all my arrangements and making my day there perfect. Jake and John at the front desk were absolute stars—kind, courteous, and always ready to assist. The cleaning crew was amazing too, taking care of every request without hesitation. The grounds are just spectacular, with that perfect tropical vibe, gorgeous pools, and landscaping. We loved eating at Herbie’s Sports Bar & Grill—the food was delicious and really topped off the experience. Can’t wait to come back; this place made for an unforgettable Roatan getaway!"

"Despite the terrible weather in Roatan for our trip, Turquoise Bay was an excellent resort. We were contacted in advance of our arrival by the hotel asking if we need a shuttle in, and upon arriving we were greeted by lovely guest reception. All the restaurant staff were amazing and very friendly. I wish we had everyone's names to mention. A few that I can remember, Luis was always attentive and checking if we needed drinks, Edid (I think that's how to spell her name) was so friendly serving food at the buffet. There was another young guy who was often cooking eggs in the morning or pad Thai on Asian night who had a contagious smile. He went out of his way to be friendly. Most of the female wait staff were friendly and dancing to the music and even sang on karaoke night which was a lot of fun to see! And the gentleman with braces who worked the main bar in the games room beside the pool was always looking to help. And Peggy at the front desk was also wonderful. I'm definitely missing some, bit suffice it to say that the staff were excellent and attentive. Thanks for great service!"
