"Great hotel!"

"Everything was great. Bathroom light could be brighter. Other than that 5star. Price was perfect "

"Clean rooms, but older. Hallways were dirty. The airport shuttle only comes 1x every 40 min, so you may have to waot awhile. You have to put your name in to reserve a spot for shuttle back to the airport- so you may not get to utilize this perk and have to call an uber, like we did."

"The power and hot water were off when we arrived, and we couldn't utilize the jacuzzi suite we paid for. We received no discount as promised. "

"The hotel had no electricity upon arrival, inexplicably as there were no severe weather conditions. I was handed two glow sticks to be able to guide my way around the hotel and my room. You can’t make this stuff up. The fact that there was nothing provided to compensate for the matter (discount, credit, voucher, etc) is ridiculous. Apparently being the only on site hotel option allows for the hotel to not care about its guests and still retain business. I won’t be back. "

"It what I expected from a holiday inn express. Good price clean and quiet."

"This property advertises an "airport shuttle" - which is why I booked it. Come to find out it only runs a shuttle twice a day and inconvenient times - this is useless for a traveler. Very disappointed."
