The staff are nice but they are missing trainings and they couldn’t fulfil a simple needs as supply a hair dyer and chase a lagarto that we found on the bed room roof. I was very disappointed specially for a 5 stars hotel.

A Breath taking resort the interior & exterior Andalusian villas are incredibly beautiful. Exceptional outdoor & view by the guest pool & breakfast restaurant The housekeeping did very net service when I came back to my villa found it well maintained they nicely organized the wardrobe & my toiletries I liked their touch. The stuff at the restaurants are very welcoming & friendly yet not very professional i can say they need enhancing training & experience to be Banyan tree signature standard. The first night at the resort was not an expected good experience to us as we were bitten by the ants on the bed throughout the night, we couldn’t sleep☹️ The next morning I spoke to the duty manager Miss Sanaa who fixed the issue fairly. Overall the stay was pleasant & I would come back again Thank you Banyan tree tamouda bay stuff

this was a wonderful place to recharge and just rest. the bed and the villa were magnificent. This place is a little heaven on earth. The serenity pool villa was amazing to say the least with your very own courtyard and private pool area. The breakfast post - covid was also exceptional, the waiters especially Mohamed did an excellent job in providing us with the ultimate experience.

Only hotel of it's class in the area.
Only hotel of it's class in the area. Went in off season and we basically had the entire place to ourselves. Did have to frequently ask for things as it was off season, e.g. set up pool chairs, turn on heat, etc.

BEAUTIFUL resort about 1.5 hours from Tanger airport. The amenities and spa were amazing. The entire staff was top of the line and made our family feel so welcome (including our 1 year old baby). Only change we have is we would spend more time here to really enjoy all the spa amenities and the beach. Also about 1.5 hours from the Blue City which is a Must-See. Thank you Banyan Toulmoudo Bay!

Good hotel. Wifi was spotty. Service in restaurants was ok. I ordered a seafood pizza and got food poisoning. No trash cans in the whole resorts. I had to ask for extra covers multiple times. Not one single computer for personal use. Beach had trash on it.

Lovely hotel in a peaceful setting. Great staff. On the negative side spa, although excellent, is very expensive, and also limited choice of food at hotel. I appreciate that it was not peak season and not all restaurants were open, but I didn’t expect what was open to offer such a limited choice

Just what you would expect from Banyan Tree with the quality of the all pool villa accommodation even better than most of the villas at Banyan Tree, Phuket. We had a garden pool villa which was excellent with the sizeable walled garden enclosed with honeysuckle and attractive planting. The separate lounge was an added attraction, with plenty of different areas both inside and out to sit and relax. Food in all the three restaurants was first class with good and varied choice, although breakfast selection was somewhat limited if you wanted traditional hot European food. Egg in different forms with additional items restricted to sausages and potatoes was a bit disappointing. If you like Moroccan food for breakfast the choice was better. Very good variety of cold items however including fresh fruit, cheeses, fish, meats, with numerous types of first rate breads, croissants, cakes and home made jams. Remember this is a five star hotel when ordering drinks, they are not cheap. Soft drinks, beer, and wine by the glass start at around £8.00, cocktails are about double this, with not much change out of £20.00 for a gin and tonic. We had a very nice bottle of Moroccan rose with a price tag, including service charge, of £60.00 or thereabouts. Hotel was quite quiet on our week's visit, which suited us just fine, with all the staff very friendly and attentive, although a knowledge of French, or Spanish, could be an added benefit in this Mediterranean area of Morocco.

amazing hotel
The hotel is located between marina smir and fnideq easy to find. We spend 3 nights at the pool villa, it was spacious, clean comfortable and well equipped. We had machine nespresso and tea available, 2 TV’s, big bathroom well decorated and equipped, the bed is large and comfortable. We love the architecture and we recognize the quality of the furniture and construction (expect the carpet). Maybe the road inside the hotel (between villas) need to be improved in terms of quality. The breakfast is good with all what you need to have a perfect breakfast. Everything were fresh (juices, fruit, bread, tea, good coffe, various bred, chees, amlou,….) the best breakfast I had in morocco hotels. We had lunch at the main restaurant and it was delicious (maybe a bit spicy with pepper), the salad was perfect and tasty, the bread and perfumed butter were yumiii, we will be back to enjoy the nice cuisine for sure. The service is really good the best I had in morocco hotels. We felt the Asian touch by Moroccan hospitality. A special thanks to Bouchra and the team in the restaurant for the nice work and professionalism, BRAVO!

Un univers zen et raffiné pour un superbe séjour.
Raffiné est sans doute ce qui qualifie le mieux cet hôtel. Tout est beau et de bon goût. Villa très confortable. Le personnel se soucie en permanence de votre bien-être mais toujours avec discrétion et avec le sourire. Nous étions en basse saison, donc très peu de personnes, ce qui a ajouté à ce sentiment de calme et de "zenitude". Une seule déception : j'ai trouvé qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix sur les cartes des 2 restaurants. La cuisine est bonne mais pas extraordinaire. Et les prix sont relativement élevés. Le petit-déjeuner est quant à lui très copieux et les produits sont excellents.

Fabuleux séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans cet hôtel. Nous avons été accueillis et traités comme des rois tout le long de notre voyage. Merci à tout le personnel pour leurs accueils , leurs services et leurs gentillesses. Toujours aux petits soins pour nous. Les villas sont magnifiques ainsi que tout le complexe. Nous recommandons absolument cet hôtel.

El hotel es precioso, la arquitectura y detalles exquisitos. El personal no está cualificado, son muy amables pero con eso no basta para un 5 estrellas. El servicio del bar horrible, lento, no se enteran de nada. El destino tampoco está a la altura, las patatas duras y del día anterior, el salmón malo...las tortugas frías. La tv de va la señal, las fuentes no estaban funcionando. Lo mejor el restaurante Thai y el spa.

Hôtel de luxe conforme aux attentes
Infrastructures de l'hôtel permettant un séjour dans le plus grand confort (appartements/maisons vastes et superbement équipés disposant d'un patio et d'une piscine particulière, qui garantissent calme, espace, et confort). Restauration réellement gastronomique dans laquelle le restaurant méditerranéen, qui fait la part belle aux spécialités locales superbement maitrisées, le dispute au restaurant Thaï qui, lui, peut être qualifié d'exceptionnel. Quant au spa, il vous sera difficile de trouver un quelconque défaut : la carte des prestations est très fournie, la prise en charge par votre masseur (se) attitré est discrète et professionnelle, les installations sont raffinées et du meilleur niveau.
