"Very nice place. Cleaned and organized. However few things must be addressed. 1. Wood flooring across the resort must be replaced or repaired. Nails sticking out caused me step on them few times. 2. Air conditioner in the room works based on motion. In the middle of the night the ac turned off and I had to wake up and shake my hands few times for it to start working again. Not fun at all !!! 3. "Overall, the hotel was wonderful. It was a convenient location for our family to spend a week vacation in the Galilee area. There are attractions, restaurants and shops all nearby. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a wide variety of options. The only reason we would not stay here again was the bathroom design in the rooms. The toilet does not have a full door and the bathroom area does not have a door at all, and even has open shelving to the bedroom area that you can see and hear through, so the bathroom has essentially no privacy. I suppose if you're staying alone, it's not an issue, although still not ideal to have the toilet so open to the bedroom, but definitely consider this if you're sharing a room with anyone! Also the TV's in the rooms are older (not smart tvs) and have a small selection of channels, but there's so much to see and do in the area, it's not much of a problem. The grounds to the hotel are also wonderful with ruins, a chapel, water fountains, lots of area to roam around. We enjoyed everything about the hotel and property, except for the bathroom situation!"
