The building was brand new, and everything was perfect! The hotel didn’t have an elevator, but that was completely understandable since it was only a two-story building. Nice variety of food for breakfast!

There was a cockroach on the bed and the coffee maker wasn’t working. Other than that, once everything was fixed, our stay was fine. Especially liked the breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious. Suggestions: a bar to get in and out of the tub and an elevator to get to the second floor.

The service is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Most importantly the parking is just outside your designated room and accessibility at the back especially we have a pet

The reception clerk was excellent, she spoke both English and French. I would recommend this hotel just from the experience with the receptionist. The hotel was very clean both inside and out.

It was pouring rain during our stay here so we were really happy to be able to just walk over to Normandin for supper and a coffee and ice cream cone at McDonald's on the way back. Breakfast was great and including both hot and cold items. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a room on the ground floor (should have phoned and asked for that).

Like the location as it was near the stores we wanted to shop too. Our overall experience was good except for the woman’s attitude at the breakfast area. We were informed that there was free warm breakfast from 7 to 10am. We arrived 20 mins before 10 and she seemed annoyed. She was putting things away even as we were serving ourselves and was slamming the cupboards. Needless to say, we did not leave a tip but we did cleanup after ourselves and left our area clean.

Clean room, caring staff and the breakfast was pretty good with eggs/cheese, yogourt, cereal, waffles blueberry and normal. Toasts and English muffins. Parking was very small as they are renovation one side of the hotel and room seemed recently renovated.
