L'hôtel-motel Normandin est un beau petit établissement, qui est parfait pour dormir quelques nuits si vous êtes de passage dans la région. Les chambres du rez-de-chaussée sont accessibles directement (formule motel), alors que les chambres du 2e étages sont accessibles par un corridor interne et disposent d'un petit balcon. L'hôtel a été rénové récemment, et ça paraît! Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées, la toilette est propre et bien aménagée. Le quartier était calme, tout comme l'hôtel. Nous avons également aimé le service, puisque nous avons été appelés par la réception avant notre arrivée tardive. Ils nous ont expliqués comment recueillir les clés de la chambre dans un dispositif automatique dans le hall d'entrée. À notre départ, le personnel était souriant et agréable. Finalement, nous avons eu des coupons de réduction de 20% pour les repas au restaurant Normandin qui est attenant à l'hôtel pour toutes les nuits de notre séjour. Je recommande sans réserve cet hôtel pour un court séjour à Alma.

Personnel particulièrement sympathique, très belle chambre, proximité de plusieurs commerces et restaurants. Un peu bruyant compte tenu de la proximité de la chambre avec l’escalier pour accéder au 2e étage.
