"We loved this property. Originally only booked once night and decided to book another once we got there. So many amenities. Comfortable bed. Safe and secure location. "Dear travelers, the hotel that we visit was terrible, the photos dont was the same of the watsapp chat, the room was small, porder, and the bathroom, have a bad shower, doesnt have any type of storages. Too have the point that minibar, was rusty. The last point is the pool, that was dirty, hot and is too small. The good points, is that was so close to the beach, and the air conditioning was good. But this dont hide the fact that the hotel is totally bad."

"Experiencia não foi boa, a começar que a agua que abastece o local não é da distribuidora. "I had a Nice time during my stay. The hotel staff are friendly, food is awesome (just just include a kids menu at the burger house). My kid loved the game area and the pool. There are just fez improvements such as mattress (tooooo soft) and must put the dogs away from breakfast/lunch/dinner area. They bother too much for food."

"DO NOT STAY HERE unless you 1) like being bitten by insects / sleeping in insect repellent, 2) have unlimited data on your mobile phone, 3) have a deep love of cats and/or 4) have a complete disregard of your own health and safety. I've written a more thorough review on Google but a special mention to Hotels.com/Expedia for quickly refunding me for this nightmare after providing photographic evidence. Not one member of staff speaks English or understands the concept of Google translate, they'll verbally reply to you in Portuguese (it's a tourist hotspot so not unfair to ask for some to speak basic English). There are cats everywhere even though the hotel has a no pet policy and WiFi doesn't work in any of the rooms. They put this on their own website (if you Google translate it) but have failed to inform all third-party websites that are selling their rooms."
