"The resort was lovely. We booked last minute and had a nice one bedroom with a patio. They had bread, butter and jam ready. The staff was extremely helpful and I felt like was at another World Class Resort. My only comment is our room seemed dated and use an upgrade or be refurbished. However, it was a great resort and I would highly recommend staying there next time you are in Faro area."

"At check in the male member of staff was friendly but gave no information about the hotel like breakfast, car park, gym, pool etc. Our room was Sunset Suite which was a large room. The settee was made into a sofa bed already which wasn’t required. I asked a cleaning supervisor if the sofa bed could be changed to the settee but she didn’t speak English. I used the room phone to call reception and asked them but the girl said no it couldn’t be changed back. I asked a cleaner and she gladly changed it back. The bath had some chips in the base, a brown/red dirty mark of something and some bodily hairs within. The rest of the room was clean. The cleaning of the room was very good each day. The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress really needed replaced as there was 2 large hollows in the mattress. Breakfast was excellent, a good selection of hot and cold food. Staff were very helpful in breakfast. All-in-all a good hotel. We would go back but only if the mattresses and pillows were renewed. "

"Scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold unfortunately, they should be kept warm.. otherwise breakfast was adequate for a small inexpensive hotel. The one thing that ruined the look of our room were the internal doors, otherwise it was fine. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Hotel was adequate for just 1 night stay. Thanks "
