"Regular visitors to this hotel. The staff, especially the guys on the door are amazing. They make the place special. Couple of areas for thought. Water in the room. Not enough supplied. Available if asked, but fridge should be replenished. Room service. Timing inconsistent. We regularly put our room to be made up at 10am. Not done until 4 or later. Then turn down two hours later. Normally better than this. Fridge. Whether stating one night or one week, the fridge has free items. I feel for the cost, the fridge should be refilled every couple of days for those staying longer. Bit of a cheap vibe for such a great hotel. These things said, we love the hotel. "

"Everything you need for a few nights stay. Comfy beds, kitchenette. Slightly tired around the edges, but clean and quiet. Did not have the breakfast. "

"We actually stayed at the Ria Park Hotel & Spa - an upgrade offered by The Ria Park Garden Hotel - and accepted willingly. Slightly disappointed that our room wasn't upgraded as the hotel was very quiet and I had informed them that it was our anniversary. Having said that, we had a lovely stay and the service from all staff was generally excellent. Housekeeping was a little random!"
