This is a lot nicer than the reviewers stated. I did stay in a double suite. The bathroom was very modern looking, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful

Good hotel with central location close to the fotball stadium and metro. Nice and helpful staff and good breakfast. The room was nice and clean. Good value for the money.

Welcom to Russia empire

I was expected Soviet Union age but was really not It was Russia empire age I believe that the hotel was quit a cool if was a Russia empire age. Don’t believe pictures, it’s more than your expectations

It’s an ok hotel, bed sheet not clean, I found few hair on the 1st day, but bkf is ok, front desk speak English, like most of 3 star hotel, house keeping is a problem, rest of thing all good

Fits the bill for a 1 star review.

- Very noisy traffic all night long. Although double glazed it sounded like the window was open! - Wifi near useless. - Uncomfortably mattress. I could feel the metal in my back. - Breakfast... when it's gone that's too bad. - General fabric and maintenance extremely poor. Bare wires in bathroom. - No bar, contrary to listing. Paid for 3 nights but left after a near sleepless first.

Bed was very uncomfortable, got severe neck and back ache. There were no refreshments in room. Did not provide with bottle of water. There was loud scary noise in commode in batgroom which woke me up several times at night

후론트에서 예약사항을 인지하지 못하여(방 예약사항, 사용인원등) 체크인하는데 1시간 이나 소요됨 하우스키핑 운영시 원칙이 없는것 같음 (팁을 주어야 타월이 새로이 비취됨) 5일 숙박 청소상태 매우 나쁨

The hotel needs to update everything. It is rated as a 4star hotel, but it is more a 2/3 star hotel. It is in a great neighbourhood walking distance to metro and restaurants. Easy to find.

Останавливалась в данном отеле на неделю. С заселением проблем не было, но поселившись в номере, обнаружила, что отсутствует холодильник и халат. Считаю, что для отеля уровня 4 звезды наличие подобных вещей обязательно. Так как для меня наличие холодильника в номере было критичным, я обратилась на ресепшн с просьбой установить его, на что мне пообещали решить проблему завтра утром. Но по факту ни завтра утром, ни на следующий день никто и не подумал выполнить данное обещание. Только после третьего напоминания, наконец-таки я увидела в своём номере холодильник. Из этого случая явно следует вывод, что персоналу в общем-то наплевать на своих клиентов. Также не надейтесь найти в номере воду. Кулер с водой стоит на этаже, но зачастую он был пустой. Во время моего пребывания также один раз не было электричества. Совсем. Уж не знаю что там произошло, но нас только кормили обещаниями, что скоро все починят, по факту электричества не было почти сутки. Ни телефон не зарядить, ни помыться толком, сами понимаете без электричества сейчас никуда. Из плюсов могу отметить завтраки. Не скажу, что они были супер, но в целом неплохо, за исключением дня, когда не было света, потому как естественно без него никто ничего не готовил, поэтому довольствовались мы нарезками колбасы, сыра и фруктами. Ну и второй плюс - неплохое расположение. В общем, мне стало непонятно за что отелю дали 4 звезды, он тянет максимум на тройку. На длительное пребывание однозначно не рекомендую.

What a terrible experience. Never again! Cherry on top was the electricity blackout ONLY at the hotel. Stay away from this place if you value your hard earned money.

この国のホテル代の基準では、かなりお得感あり。部屋はこぎれいなビジネスホテル（ツインのベッド幅は日本人でも驚く狭さ、ダブルをオススメします）といったカンジ。バスローブ、歯ブラシ（使用せず）などのアメニティは標準やや上。中心地ではないが、近くにスーパー（かなり充実）が入ったモール（フードコートあり）、スポーツコンプレックス地帯なので、観客相手のファミレス、ファーストフード、若干のレストランあり便利。
