I had a wonderful stay at the new Radisson Blu in Almaty. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the warmth from the front desk team immediately set a positive tone for our stay. A special thanks to Elmina, along with Kamila and the entire front desk team, for their professionalism and hospitality. Also, sincere appreciation to Askhat, Director of Rooms, for ensuring everything was perfectly managed. The stay itself was extremely comfortable — the rooms are modern, well-designed, and very relaxing. Being a new property, everything feels fresh and thoughtfully done. What truly stood out was the restaurant team. Nurbol, Asele, and Elvira went above and beyond by preparing a customized, out-of-the-box meal for us, which was both thoughtful and delicious. They ended the experience on a sweet note with a delightful dessert, making us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel’s location is another big advantage — very close to the airport and convenient for quick access to the city, making travel and sightseeing effortless. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent service, warm hospitality, and great attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Almaty.
